Born and raised in Pasco County, Florida, Nick Giancaspro has been immersed in the construction industry for over 25 years. In 2007, he founded Coastal Tile Installation Inc., where he has earned a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to the community.
Nick is deeply connected to the members of Reconstructing Hope, a charity group of 5 individuals with construction backgrounds who have supported each other’s growth in both business and personal development. Together, they share a mission: to help hardworking individuals navigate hard times. Recognizing the lack of organizations dedicated to supporting those in the construction industry, Nick and the group aim to fill that gap and make a lasting, positive impact.
Outside of work and charity, Nick enjoys boating, fishing, and staying active with his family. His passion for giving back and his commitment to community growth drive everything he does, ensuring his work and efforts leave a meaningful legacy.

Born and raised in New Jersey, I spent the first 20 years of my life there before making Florida my permanent home. Growing up, Florida held a special place in my heart, as it was the destination for all of my family vacations. After graduating from Southern Regional High School, I pursued higher education at St. Petersburg College, earning my degree in 2001.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve dedicated my career to building a reputation for quality, integrity, and hard work. As the owner of a successful roofing business, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, managing countless projects, and serving the needs of clients throughout the community.
Reconstructing Hope provides me with the opportunity to extend my professional expertise to a cause I am deeply passionate about: helping hardworking individuals and families through difficult times. By donating materials, labor, and resources, I strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
It’s an honor to be part of such a dedicated organization that shares my values and mission to build not only homes but also hope and resilience in our community. When I’m not working or volunteering, I enjoy spending time with my family and finding new ways to give back to the community that has given so much to me.
